Mantrose-Haeuser Co. Relocates from Westport to Fairfield CT

The Mantrose-Haeuser Co. (NYSE:RPM) has relocated their corporate U.S. office from 100 Nyala Road in Westport to 1 Post Road in Fairfield.

The company, which develops edible coatings and specialty products for the pharmaceutical, confectionery, agricultural, food and industrial industries, leased 5,556 square feet of office space. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.

The property owner, One Post Road Fairfield, LLC, was represented by Jon Angel of Angel Commercial and the tenant was represented by Bruce Wettenstein, partner with Vidal/Wettenstein.
